Returns and exchanges

But please contact us if you have any issues with your order. We do our best to make sure that all is correct, but sometimes things can happen.

Personalized maps can not be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective and we are contacted within 7 days.

✯Refunds are available for non personalized items within 7 days of receipt of your package minus the cost of shipping.  The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs back to us. All items must be in new condition in the original packaging and it should be insured. Returns need to be mailed back to us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items that are bent, creased, marred or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund. If the return is damaged in shipping it is the customer's responsibility to file the insurance claim with the shipper

If the error is on our end, you will get a complete refund or replacement; whichever you choose. We work very hard to make great quality products and each is made one at at a time just for you, so please be patient as we work through any issues.

Domestic Shipping

We will create, print and build your custom travel map in 5-7 days depending on our volume. We are located in Greenville, SC.  It will ship to you by Priority mail or by Fedex depending on your location.  Shipping time is on average 3 days east of the Rocky Mountains and 5 days to the West Coast.

You will receive a tracking notice when it ships.

Some very large maps will need to go to a physical address and not a POB.

Extra fees may apply to AK and HI locations and we will contact you with the difference.  We do ship to APO addresses as well and there could be a fee increase as well.

Contact us if you need a RUSH order as we can process and ship your order out in one day if needed. Additional fee of $40 will apply to the rush processing.  This DOES NOT change the shipping time and you will have to upgrade that as needed.

Depending on your monitor, the colors displayed on your screen may appear slightly different from the print you receive.

International Shipping

We can ship international orders but the shipping will be increased and you will be responsible for the VAT.  The shipping time can be 1-2 weeks.

Lost and Damaged Items

If your map is damaged during shipping, we will need photos of the box and damaged goods to process our claim.  Keep all packaging for your photos.  We will work with you to replace your map.

If your item is stolen by "porch pirates," we will work as best as we can with you to help resolve the issue.  We can not refund or replace items that are confirmed delivered by UPS/FEDEX.
